• If the stain is solid - gently take off excess stain with a blunt knife
• If the stain is liquid - use only white hand towel or paper towel to gently blot excess
  liquid / colour
• Use a slightly damp white cloth to continue getting as much liquid / colour out of the
  stain as possible

   We will talk you through the next steps, or we will come out to help you.
• Do not wet the stain with other solutions
• Do not rub the stain
• Do not use other chemicals such as bleach

Get your carpet, upholstery, fabric cleaned within 24hours (before the stain dries) by us including stain restoration treatment

Fabric Protection

After your carpets, upholstery have been cleaned, have them treated with stain protection solutions. This reduces the absorbency of the fabric and gives you time to blot up the stain.
